1.Responsible for Order Handling & Travel Management
2.Prepare service request & Order No
3.Process travel expenses report, Service Report, Report for submission to
Accounting
4.Process, synchronized and update required info in SAP after submission of
travel expenses report
5.Preparation of quotation for spare parts & quotation Asia
6.Order handling administration related to spare parts & service
interventions – chargeable and warranty order, budget contracts, follow up
open invoices. Spare parts inventory management for service dept.
7.Leave (holiday) & work schedule recording and all secretarial support
Qualification & Skill required :
1.Degree / Diploma in Business Admin
2.Good in MS Office (Words, excel, etc)
3.Knowledge in SAP system is an advantages
4.Preferable female candidate.
